6/29/2023 0 Comments Rodizio rico london united kingdom![]() I was told an email was sent and to check my spam folder, however there was nothing to be found there either. ![]() After not having heard for a week, I called to confirm. My only negative point was that I was assured I would receive and email to confirm receipt of the deposit. Drinks were fairly standard London prices, and staff were helpful throughout (including holding off starting until the stag belately arrived). No-one had any complaints about the buffet which was regularly stocked up. Food was great and continually served, and people were generally very happy with the mountains of meat that we were served. I booked a table for 26 people for a stag do dinner at Rodizio Rico and was generally very impressed with the offering! I called several weeks in advance for a Saturday and was helpfully taken through everything in regards to booking over the phone (£10 deposit a head for large parties which was subtracted off the final bill). Overall a poor experience for us.there are plenty of other restaurants to choose from at the O2. Also, my way of thinking is that.if you are serving food or drinks then at least do it with a smile. We ordered 2 drinks at the same time, one came but the other didn’t show so had to ask for them to take off the bill. I’ve been to Preto before and their meat was perfect, steaming hot and fresh and for Rodizio to charge £55 for 2 plates of ‘inedible buffet’ food is a rip off. Most of the beef was like chewing a leather shoe or so rare that the blood squirted all over our table after cutting so had to chase a member of staff to come and clean it up- yuk! I was after some chicken but all we got offered were some dried up chicken wings. beef/ steak! We did however get offered sausages which were pink inside.didn’t eat those. After sitting down with our buffet selection the staff then started coming over with the meats.so we had a variety of beef, topside beef, beef neck, beef sirloin, an odd chicken wing thrown in, more beef and more erm. Not for the faint-hearted, Rodizio Rico requires a hearty appetite and a drumstick-loving disposition.ĭecided to try this for a pre dinner meal before a show but made a very expensive mistake! The best part about this place is the salad selection and even that was pretty average. At Rodizio Rico, no craving is too large. The wine list veers toward big, butch flavours from Chile and Argentina, with some intriguing labels from South Africa, Italy, France, Spain and Portugal. Favourite dishes include the garlic sausages, rump steak, spare ribs and the grilled chicken and pork served at the table on giant sticky skewers. The menu of Brazilian cuisine offers an all-you-can-eat selection of steaks and seafood alongside a buffet-style salad bar. With modern wood-panelled walls, tiled floors and a humming brasserie-style ambience, Rodizio Rico is a hit with meat-loving locals for non-vegetarian corporate entertaining and cocktails, large parties and family nights out. I come from a catering background and know the difference between cheap cuts of meat and cost cutting ingredients and this place is not worth the £25+ that I'll be shelling out.Description: Perfect for pre-show meals, Rodizio Rico restaurant at Londons O2 Arena in Greenwich is a bright and buzzy Brazilian churrascaria restaurant famous for its Brazilian steakhouse menu. Waiting staff hovering around but not asking if everything's okay, don't look like I'll be leaving a tip riously got more service in a kfc then this place. The buffet is not much better, salads that would have cost less then a fiver to make, over re-fried bananas, beef lasagna-honestly you come to a rodizio to eat lasagne?! Tiny cheese breads.Rice to eat with feijoada.hold on, oh yes there's none today.really?! All the best cuts went to the party of 8-9 - a habit which they've annoyingly kept since the last time I was here. All bland and I repeat full of fat and gristle. I'm honestly sorry to have brought my husband here instead of our regular Preto Rodizio in Wimbledon! My plate is full of fat, gristle and bones and to be honest everytime we've been served it was with cheap cuts-chicken wings, beef neck, ribs and sausage. Sausage about probably the best thing I've eaten along with the Mayo potato salad. Got a cut of steak that when turned over resulted in a blob of fat, no meat here! No feijoada, was told only on Sunday's. Now coming today felt sorry for ever crossing this threshold again! Meat full of fat, tough and stringy. The meat superb, especially the steak injected with cheese. Buffet was lush, feijoada, salads and hot foods in plenty amounts. I remember coming here about 4 years ago.
